After spending over a year in Australia, Scott discovered that the water from the Roaring Forties is the best Salt Water in the world! Though it took several years, we have found an importer to supply the candy company with as much salt water as we need for our taffy – since the valley is land locked. We often wonder what to do with all this water since the taffy doesn’t actually use salt water.
