Barks
Hidden in a gully not far from Georgetown Valley, we have a special plantation of chocolate trees. Over the years we have developed hybrids which take on the flavors of Rum and Mint. We have even been able to breed the trees to incorporate Almonds, Pecans, Hazelnuts, and English Walnuts into their barks. Today, all we do to make chocolate bark is peel off thin strips of the bark, lay it flat to dry, and cut it up! Even more amazing is we have milk chocolate, white chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate, as well as some sugar-free milk chocolate and white chocolate trees (suitable for most diabetics, but not low calorie)!!! Yes, Georgetown is a magical place.
